Twittering

well - i have entered the twitter world.

I am a little bit of a celebrity news hound - so I am following:  Oprah, Martha Stewart, Conan and John Cleese, for now.


My mom recently had heart surgery - so I am following a couple of twitter accounts with latest medical news, articles and features about heart surgery.

I am a little overwhelmed by how much information is available.

I don't think I have everybody yet  - I will have to work on that.

Day One

I am at my course for Emerging Technologies.  Although I work in IT, i have very little exposure to the new Social Media tools.  I access my Facebook once in a blue moon.  I email jokes to a long list of "blind carbon copy" recipients. 

Now is my chance to catch up - I am really enjoying this - I have to find some pictures :)
